We are currently seeking an experienced
Quantitative Research Associate (Barbados office)
The incumbent will be involved in the process of researching, testing and implementing various trading strategies, as well as monitoring, tracking, generating and storing activity reports, and distributing to senior management:
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Management, Finance or relevant subject;
- A minimum of 2 years experience and in-depth understanding of global equities;
- Analytical, detail-oriented, well organized, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to work occasional overtime with short notice;
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel (including complex formulas and macros), MS Access and some experience with VBA is ideal .
